CEO – Chief Executive Officer
Julián is the Chief Executive Officer of Imaweb. An automotive software business that started as a startup in Madrid, Spain. He grew the company from 5 to 120 people, achieving massive success with more than 11 Automakers in different European countries.
Julian studied computer science at Universidad Tecnológica Nacional in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He started his professional career as a software engineer and was part of creating one of the first Latin American classified websites, then he worked in California to help a virtual pet website receive and process one of the highest web traffic in the industry.
Julian started working in the automotive industry based in Fiat Auto Italy, leading a team that created the most advanced CRM for Sales and After-Sales in all European countries.
Jonatan Dal Bon
CTO – Chief Product & Technical Officer
Jonatan studied Computer Science at the University of Belgrano in Buenos Aires, Argentina. His professional career started when he began working as a Technical Support for Microsoft at an early age.
In 1998, he became a Full-Stack web programmer for numerous popular websites and sectors such as communication and news, automotive, classifieds, etc.
In 2002 he co-founded Imaweb, wherein his capacity as IT Manager was in charge of the design of CRMAuto, the most extensive CRM solution for the automotive sector in Europe. In 2019 he was appointed co-CEO of Imaweb Spain.
After three years, Jonatan Dal Bon became the Chief Technical Officer of Imaweb. He oversees product development and roadmap, R&D, and Information Systems.
CFO – Chief Financial Officer
Graham is a financial professional with 28 years of experience in the software industry. Starting within audit, moving into accounting, business control, and via a 12-month interim General Manager position, Graham arrived at his first CFO role in 2009.
Along the way, Graham has worked for both large stock exchange-listed and smaller private equity-owned software companies providing a wide range of solutions from core ERP to Share Trading.
He has been lucky enough to have had an international scope in his roles since 1997 and has lived and worked in the UK, Germany and France. Graham joins Imaweb in the role of Chief Financial Officer. He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the position to help support the continued growth and development of Imaweb generally and the finance team in particular.
CRO – Chief Revenue Officer
Jean-Louis is the Chief Revenue Officer of Imaweb. He is in charge of all our dealers and OEM offers, as well as our global Marketing, Sales and Alliances teams.
He started his professional career in 1993 in France, then in California. During 25 years, he grew through the ranks and has worked as Vice-President, Chief Revenue and General manager of technology companies like Oracle, Salesforce, and Microsoft France where he managed the entire enterprise business, contributing to the company’s transition to the cloud. He then successfully grew French startups and scaleups such as Algolia or Alsid into international businesses.
His mission at Imaweb, first and foremost at the service of our customers, is to fully integrate all the entities into a cohesive, efficient, and well-performing team, ensuring the company’s growth in Europe.
COO – Chief Operating Officer
Olivier Bisson is an engineer and graduated from Mines-Télécom in 1998. He started his career at Bouygues Telecom, working in digital services and launching dematerialised services. He supported Enterprise accounts in their business transformation and the implementation of their knowledge-sharing and collaboration projects.
Olivier joined Imaweb in January 2022 as Chief Operating Officer with the mission of supporting the company’s growth by ensuring the smooth running of customer operations by implementing an optimal strategy.
As Global Head of the Professional Services and Customer Services departments in 11 countries with around 200 employees, he will lead all Customer Operations from project deployment to support and customer relationship management.
CoS – Chief Of Staff
Bertrand started his career as a strategy and marketing consultant at Simon-Kucher & Partners from 2013 to 2019.
Initially based in the Paris office, he was involved in multiple B2B and B2C projects in different countries (Greece, Turkey, Romania…). He then relocated to London and later to Sydney. He spent 3 years helping the local office grow while keeping solid connections with the rest of the organisation.
Back in Europe in 2019 to complete his initial engineering education, Bertrand joined Imaweb in September 2020, first as GTM & Pricing manager and later as Chief of Staff. His mission is to help the executive team to achieve the company goals.
CMO – Chief Marketing Officer
As the Chief Marketing Officer at Imaweb, Robert Raiola is responsible for creating and accelerating the company’s marketing strategy and brand recognition across Europe. He is focused on driving the company’s vision of helping the automotive industry improve how OEMs and car dealers interact with their customers.
Robert Raiola has more than 25 years of experience managing sales and marketing teams in the high-tech sector. After over 10 years at Microsoft France, he joined Adobe and managed the French and EMEA marketing teams for 8 years. In 2014, Robert became Chief Marketing Officer at MEGA International to develop the brand’s international reputation, define the product strategy and implement demand generation campaigns to accelerate the sales pipeline growth.
Robert has significant experience across marketing and product development, event management, branding, lead generation, public, strategic planning, organisational design and innovation. He has strong cultural competence in leading multicultural teams and is a dynamic public speaker and team motivator.
CPO – Chief Product Officer
Hélène Lanssens joins Imaweb as Chief Product Officer with the objective of increasing the added value of the products, supporting customer growth and harmonising the product portfolio by redefining and aligning product operations with Imaweb’s strategy, managing the Imaweb product team and defining investment priorities.
Her professional career started as a dealer network trainer on new models at Volkswagen France. After working at companies such as JATO Dynamics and Solera, where she developed the brand’s product strategy for managing the claims platform, connecting repairers, adjusters and insurers, Hélène became VP Product Manager and acquired a solid experience in Product Management of SaaS solutions for the automotive, sales and after-sales industries.
Her experience of more than 20 years in the automotive sector gives her a deep understanding of the business and the challenges related to the digital transformation of customers.
